TRANSFERS LOG

The Transfers Log keeps track of your sent files. The receiver, date of sending, expiry of activity, and name of the file is stored. This can be exported as a spreadsheet for your own administration, and will be deleted from our server every 3 months.

Is OONOO a good alternative to WeTransfer or DocuSign?

Yes! OONOO is a secure alternative to WeTransfer and DocuSign without subscriptions. With view-only, file sharing, custom agreements, and no storage or tracking, it's a better fit for many creatives, entrepreneurs, and European businesses.

Do I need an account to send or receive files?

No account needed. OONOO is built for anonymous file transfers; simple, fast, and privacy-compliant. All you need to send a file is a verifiable email address. You don't need anything to receive it.

What are filesize limits?

The maximum file size for the Digital Transfer service is 2GB, divided over a max of 8 files.

What if the recipient doesn't open the file in time?

If the file isn't accessed before the expiry time (24/48/72 hours), it's permanently deleted. For maximum control, you can always resend it as a view-only file with updated access. No storage, no tracking… just secure file delivery with expiry.

Will OONOO keep a copy of my file after I send it?

No. OONOO is a no data stored file transfer tool. Files are securely hosted for 72 hours, and then permanently deleted. Your creative rights remain protected because we don't involve any unnecessary third parties. This is a privacy-first, end-to-end encrypted file transfer tool.

How to share your files with multiple people?

To share files with multiple people using OONOO, choose either the "Digital Transfer" or "View-Only" option. When customizing your terms, simply switch from entering a recipient's email to selecting "Get a Link." This generates a secure link you can share with as many people as needed. Downloads are limited to a maximum of 8.
