OONOO Logo positioned as data safety and privacy-driven to enforce ownership

"Take back your control in an environment
where exploitation is the standard."

We are OONOO and we don't want your data.

We are a small start-up located in the Netherlands. In a world full of eternal data, we are dedicated to redefining data ownership in data transfer. We are committed to reshaping data transfer, promoting ownership, and providing individuals and businesses with easy-to-use tools to own their data. By creating a system that allows you to transfer your files under your conditions. Not monitored, not stored after you are done, and extra protected by our customisable agreements attached.

Where does your data go?

Flowchart illustrating OONOO's service: uploading a document, selecting a customizable agreement template, and transferring data. Data is deleted from OONOO's servers after 48 hours.

How does that exactly work? Through the use of a view-only tool, a creative professional can share digital artwork with a client, giving them access to review the piece without editing or downloading it. This also simplifies the first form of collaboration if it is necessary to review or confirm the initial proposal for a project without having to worry about unauthorised use.

Amongst other things we also have custom agreement templates like NDA, Power of Attorney, and Amendment… for additional agreement templates, check out the website. The templates are easily customizable for a variety of purposes.

Additionally, we wish to raise awareness on certain consumer rights you have as an individual. We think there is a lack of knowledge about one's rights when conducting business on the Internet. Prevention is better than cure / It's best to stop issues before they happen rather than deal with them afterwards. We have come up with easy tools and tips on digital rights. We have prepared a bunch of free email templates to make it easier for you to exercise your consumer rights. You may think of using them when it comes to returning defective goods, cancelling a subscription, or requesting a refund.

Last but not least, we are promoting a change in the culture of data sharing to prevent your data from falling into the hands of unnecessary third parties. To make it easier for you to familiarise yourself with your privacy and data protection rights, we have created free sample letters which you can use to exercise your rights, like the 'Right to be forgotten'. These rights stem from the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which empowers individuals to access, control, and protect their personal data. Data is one of the most valuable resources in the world today. Remember that all of that data comes from somewhere, and that “somewhere” is you. Take back your control in an environment where exploitation is the standard. The right to protect your personal data is a fundamental right, not a commodity.
